The commercial real estate mentor program is designed for new and aspiring real estate investors who want to go beyond the single-family rental house and scale up into multifamily and commercial properties. It's perfect for those looking for rapid transformation of their business and finances, through commercial real estae investment coaching.

How long does the program take?

Each module is designed to be completed in 1-3 hours. The entire program from beginning to end can usually be completed in 8-30 hours, depending on the student's skill level and dedication to the curriculum. Each month your real estate mentor will set up one-to-one coaching sessions to share deep insights, analysis, tools and techniques focussed on your business, with each session lasting around 1 hour.

Do you offer a guarantee?

Yes! We guarantee the quality of our training and that students will understand the concepts being taught.
If a student needs additional instruction in order to grasp a particular concept, extra resources will be provided on a case-by-case basis. Students who are unsure if this is the right program for them should inquire for more info. We do not offer refunds.
